The final meeting of the Erasmus+ Sport project CoachCraft took place on 9 May 2026 in Sofia, Bulgaria, hosted by Darko Athletics Team. The meeting brought together participants from both partner organisations, ŠD FITT ČRNUČE from Slovenia and Darko Athletics Team from Bulgaria. Around 20 participants attended the meeting, where the partners reviewed the main project results and confirmed the final project deliverables. The discussion focused on the CoachCraft Code of Conduct for young coaches, the mentoring strategy, and the online educational platform developed during the project.

Participants discussed how the Code of Conduct can be permanently adopted by coaches and sports clubs, and how the mentoring strategy can continue to support young and aspiring coaches after the project ends. The partners also reviewed the finalisation of the CoachCraft website, which offers free educational resources, video content, and guidance for individuals interested in coaching.

The meeting was also an opportunity to reflect on the cooperation between the Slovenian and Bulgarian partners and to discuss how the project results can be shared further within sports organisations and the wider coaching community. Members of OK ČRNUČE who attended the meeting will also share the content internally within their organisation in Slovenia.

With the final meeting in Sofia, the CoachCraft project reached an important milestone. The project results will remain available and can continue to support ethical, inclusive, and practical coach development in sport.
